Processing
Orders are packed within 3 to 5 business days. Drop days and public holidays may take longer.

Malaysia Shipping
All Malaysia orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order leaves us. Orders above RM 350 ship free within Malaysia.

In-Store Pick Up
Pick up is available at AGAINST LAB. Pudu, 34 Lorong 1/77A, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, open daily 12pm to 9pm. Please come by only once you have received the email confirming your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via FedEx. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Parcels refused at customs are not refunded.

Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email cs@againstlab.com with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
