Shipments & Delivery
We ship worldwide. You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time the same have cleared our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and AGAINST LAB. is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Although the tax column shown in the checkout is stated as '0', you may still be charged custom duties or taxes. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can not tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Please allow 3-5 business days of shipping & handling, and 7-10 business days for delivery once item is shipped out.



Returns & Refund
All sales are final. Returns are offered only for damaged or defective items. We must be alerted of the damages within 5 days of receiving the item. Damaged or defective items must be unworn and unwashed. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please take a picture of the damages and email us within 5 days of receipt at [email protected].

When we receive your email, we will investigate the issue and once resolved will send you a return label via email. Once the item is received, we will ship the same item in exchange or issue a refund if you prefer. If you would rather receive a refund, please include that request in the email that you send us.



At this time, AGAINST LAB. does not process exchanges or returns for any other reasons. Only returns for damaged or defective items will be authorized.
