SPLIT
"SPLIT" explores the dichotomy of personalities we have in us. More accurately, we explore the subtle struggle for character dominance and the balance that parents it. The fight happening between our extroversion and introversion, between our glee and our gloom, between our sanity & insanity. We all have these daily inner struggles, much like everything in life, it's all a balancing act!
The core concept of the collection was inspired by the Yin Yang principle which touches on dualism and how the relationship between opposites are needed to create balance - There is no light without darkness, no life without death. The lookbook was shot with a pair of twins as models to symbolize the concept of duality within us.
