In the midst of today’s fast-paced world, where control often seems just out of reach, AGAINST founder Shawn found inspiration in Lao Tzu’s concept of “wu wei.” The idea that “When one lets go of what they are, they become what they might be” resonated deeply, sparking a new creative direction.

Guided by this philosophy, AGAINST LAB has crafted the “Be Water” collection—a blend of streetwear style and introspective depth. Each piece, with bold graphics, updated silhouettes, fresh fabrics, and unique wash treatments, reflects the essence of fluid existence.
