M.Y. HAT LOOKBOOK
Growing up, I was heavily influenced by hip hop, and one of the most recognisable items that rappers wear are hat. So it was natural for me to pick up a “NY Yankees” hat, after seeing most of them wearing it.
While I still wear my Yankees hat loud and proud, I do sometimes think about one thing- I’ve actually never been to New York, but why do I feel so associated with this ‘NY’ emblem design?
So I talked to the AL team and suggested that maybe we should make a ‘MY’ hat. “Let us all represent the spirits of this place we’re from!”
A few months later, this hat was born. The ‘MY’ Hats are dropping on 31st Aug ‘21 - 8PM (MYT) only on againstlab.com.
